WHY I GOT INTO FITNESS

Growing up I was smaller and skinnier than most of the people I was around. I was doing security work at the time and was around a lot of big guys who inspired me to start my fitness journey.
That’s when my quest for knowledge began and I became interested in learning as much as I could about fitness. Over the last seven years, I have studied and applied it to my life and through trial and error I found what works best for me.
I was inspired to start my fitness business to help men and women, just like me, achieve their physique goals and gain the confidence they desire.

Looking good and feeling great motivates me to keep training and working on myself. Achieving the results I desire through hard work and dedication means I know that I can reach any goal I set myself. 
The motivation behind my business is to help other people do the same. I want people to feel motivated and remain disciplined throughout the process so that they too can reach their goals and feel amazing.

My health and fitness ethos is to work smarter not harder. I believe in creating a consistent routine of balance, trial and error.
I want people to understand that not ‘one thing’ works for everyone. We all have different goals and starting points and there are multiple routes to reaching the health and fitness goals we set for ourselves.
